Danske Bank A/S S.A. Branch in Poland is a part of Danske Bank Group.

In 2000 Danske Bank A/S acquired St. Stanislaus Polish-Canadian Bank, which had been established in 1991.

In 2001 the Bank changed its name to Danske Bank Polska S.A.
In October 2006, Danske Bank Polska S.A. became Danske Bank A/S S.A. Branch in Poland.
